Seminars
Workshops are conducted by Atelier Benad GbR, Wörthstrasse 22, 81667 München.
Prices are quoted both with and without VAT (currently 19%).
The workshops are offered without board and lodging.
Participants can register for a workshop on the online application form as well as by telephone, fax, email or letter. If places are available, Atelier Benad sends both confirmation and invoice.
Atelier Benad is not obligated to run all the seminars that have been announced, even if payments have been made. Workshops may be cancelled for lack of attendance, illness of lecturers or for any reasonable cause. Participants will be informed as soon as possible. All payments that have been made will be refunded in these situations. The academy accepts no responsibility for any consequential damage to the students as a result of such cancellations.
Atelier Benad may alter workshop contents to a reasonable degree without prior notice.
Participants can withdraw from a workshop up to 4 weeks prior to the workshop starts exempt from charges.
Cancellation charge up to 21 days prior the workshop starts: 25% of the workshop price
Cancellation charge up to 14 days prior the workshop starts: 33% of the workshop price
Cancellation charge up to 7 days prior the workshop starts: 50% of the workshop price Cancellation charge up to 2 days prior the workshop starts: 100% of the workshop price
Paintings on canvas
Contractual partner: The sale of mural paintings, moveable paintings and Farbe-mobil Objects is executed by Atelier Benad GbR, Wörthstraße 22, 81667 München.

VAT: The prices shown include 7% VAT for every sale in Germany for all Farbe-mobil objects and moveable objects. Mural paintings include 19% VAT, and any work that is structurally connected with the building. VAT laws in other countries may differ and will be calculated separately.
Shipping: We will ship after the process of billing and prepayment (bank transfer). We retain ownership in the goods up until full payment of all sums due has been made, according to §455 BGB. We do not offer post payment as an option.
If you notice any damage on any delivered goods as a result of transport please notify the delivery agent immediately.
You are only entitled to offset should your counterclaims be legally and judicially established or uncontested, or have been acknowledged by us in writing.
Should the customer not collect himself, the delivery will take place by delivery agent. All delivery costs are to be paid by the customer, if the delivery is to another country customs duties or storage costs may also incur and will also have to be paid for by the customer. We will try to keep costs as low as possible.
Agreed condition: Small format paintings are mostly painted on a panel, larger formats on canvas. Up to 1sqm large paintings will be delivered in a spanned state. Anything above 1sqm in size will either be sent in a spanned state or on a roll (without a stretcher frame). However you can order fitting stretch frames directly from us at low cost.
Some of the objects for sale on our website have been exhibited several times are not in a condition to be described as new.
The digital representation of some of the work will only be able to partially reproduce the colours. If you look at the objects in our studio you will be able to get the best impression possible.
Copyright: All paintings are protected by copyright. Ursula and Martin Benad, Munich, are the copyright holders. Ursula and Martin Benad have the right to take pictures of their paintings (including wallpaintings) and to publish these.
Benad Books and Benadium are only sold within Germany.
Instructions on withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Atelier Benad GbR, Wörthstraße 22, 81667 München, Tel.: 089 4895 1312, Email: atelier@benad.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
