Workshops
Workshops are conducted by Atelier Benad GbR, Worthstrasse 22, 81667 Munchen.
Prices are quoted both with and without VAT (currently 19%). Atelier Benad is obliged to charge VAT: all participants have to pay VAT, since the training is held in Germany.
The workshops are offered without board and lodging.
Participants can register for a workshop on the online application form as well as by telephone, fax, email or letter. If places are available, Atelier Benad sends both confirmation and invoice. After the deposit has been made, the participants’ attendance is expected.
Atelier Benad is not obligated to run all the seminars that have been announced, even if payments have been made. Workshops may be cancelled for lack of attendance, illness of lecturers or for any reasonable cause. Participants will be informed as soon as possible. All payments that have been made will be refunded in these situations. The academy accepts no responsibility for any consequential damage to the students as a result of such cancellations.
Atelier Benad may alter workshop contents to a reasonable degree without prior notice.
Participants can withdraw from a 2 or 3 day workshop up to 4 weeks prior to the workshop start, from a 4 – 6 day workshop 8 weeks prior to the workshop start.  In both cases there will be an administration charge of 47.60 including 19% VAT.
Within a shorter period the cancellation charge is as follows: up to one week for a 2 or 3 day workshop: 238,- € incl. VAT, up to 2 weeks for a 4 – 6 day workshop: 476,- € incl. VAT. Shorter periods: 75% of the workshop price. The cancellation charges will only be invoiced in full if the place cannot be filled from a waiting list.

Books
All Atelier Benad books are distributed through: Anton Siegl Fachbuchhandlung GmbH, Kirchenstraße 7, 81675 München (www.siegl.de) Therefore we have to forward your ordering details. Delivery to non-German countries are invoiced with the actual shipping cost and a minimum of EUR 7.95.

Benadium
