Workshop description
Principal topic of the workshop is how to paint landscapes with acrylics, particularly the landscape of Italian Tuscany. After preparing some drafts and studies, each student constructs a landscape painting on canvas, approx. 95 cm x 140 cm. It displays a Tuscan scenery seen through a window. Since the painting is framed by faux architectue (painted window surround), it will blend in various interiours as an attractive trompe-l´œil decoration.
The knowledge that is imparted during the workshop can also be used to make large sized murals. Tuscan landscapes are among the highly demanded subjects in contemporary mural painting.

This seminar is held exclusively for students of our academy.

Workshop times
„Tuscan landscape" is held over three days.
1st day: 9.30 am – 5 pm
2nd and 3rd day: 9 am – 5 pm
Lunchtime: approx. 12.30 – 13.45
