Hiring the studio facilites

You have the option of hiring our facilities in a central, picturesque location near Bordeaux place in Haidhausen for either one day, a half day or several days: For parties, events, seminars, lectures or for artists to use themselves, for exhibitions etc.
The convenient, central location is described under “location and how to get here”.

Size and equipment

The main room has a size of 110sqm. (L shape, front par of room is 11,3m x 5m, back part of the room is 7,1 m x 7,3 m + a 2 sqm kitchen) and a room height of 3 m. Most of the walls and the display window area are equipped with rails for paintings; a large display windows as well as most walls would be available to you for presentation purpose after prior approval by us.

During the daytime the usage of the front part of the room is possible without any additional artificial light.

The mostly shadow-free, light artificial light enables artistic work around the clock (Biolux Illuminant, 6500K, light sail). A Bang and Olufsion sound system with 4 Speakers (CD plater, Radio, AUX-In, however does not play MP3 files), is integrated within the room.

The display windows can be, if necessary, covered up with semitransparent curtains during the daytime. This will lend more intimacy to any event, or even darken the whole room by using a light-proof curtain.

Available are both a beamer and two slide projectors and they can be hired free of charge; same goes for the piano, which can be made available upon request.
There is free of charge parking in our yard.

The interior is mostly movable: Desks, worktops, roll tables, canvases and if necessary, up to 50 chairs and additional seating arrangements.

There is a kitchen with a fridge, an extra quiet dishwasher, a sink (with integrated Grander water tool), Coffeemaker, kettle as well as tableware.

You can combine several table tops with different lower racks, giving you several options for combining the different tables and creating different table situations (for seminars, eating, for a buffet etc..) The room has one toilet.

You are of course allowed to bring your own food and drink for your events. Different restaurants in direct vicinity of the studio offer well priced lunches as well as catering services; additionally there is also a supermarket and several bakeries nearby.

In the separate wardrobe and washroom with a size of 16sqm there are 5 sinks installed. Apart from that there is a coatrack and separate lockers. The room can also serve as a storage facility for food and drink and other utensils.

-Workshops, like alternative healthcare
- training courses, painting seminars
- pop-up store
- wine tastings
- private celebrations: Birthdays, Weddings

Prices 2015

Events for up to 20 people
Rent per day (Mo – Fr): 150,- €  +. 19% VAT., totalling 178,50 €., Sa and Su: 170,- € + 19% VAT, totalling 202,30 €
Whole week (7 days): 910,- + 19% VAT., totalling 1082,90 €
Half day (up to 4 hours): 100,- € + 19% VAT., totalling 119,- €

Events with more than 20 people
Rent per day 250,- + 19% MWSt., totalling 297,50 €
Half day (up to 4 hours): 150,- + 19% MWSt., totalling 178,50 €

Longer rental periods, for example for exhibitions, after prior agreement.
If the lessee does not clean the rooms himself upon departure, there is a cleaning surcharge between 30,-€ to 50,- €.
